Neelesh H. Mehendale, M.D.

Dr. Mehendale completed his training in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center affiliated hospitals in Dallas, Texas. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and is board certified. His training included all facets of the specialty and he was a member of the medical staff at nine area hospitals. He has won awards both regionally and nationally and was selected to present his research to the annual meeting of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery numerous times.


Dr. Mehendale has particular interest and training in pediatric ear, nose, and throat disorders, hearing disorders, sinus and allergy, snoring and sleep apnea, head and neck oncology, and thyroid surgery.

Dr. Mehendale is active in teaching residents and serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology at UT Southwestern Medical Center and the Veteran's Administration Hospital in Dallas.

Combining his engineering and medical backgrounds, Dr. Mehendale also has a special interest to use technological advances to drive improved patient care.He is a proud resident of Frisco where he lives with his wife, Kimberly, and their children, Leena and Raja.

Chad M. McDuffie, M.D.

A native Texan, Dr. Chad McDuffie studied medicine at the University of Texas in Houston and received Honors recognition. His training includes a General Surgery internship and four years in the Otorhinolaryngology program at the Louisiana State University Health Science Center in Shreveport, Louisiana. During that time, Dr. McDuffie has presented research projects in the field of head and neck surgery at two national otolaryngologic meetings and is a published author in The Laryngoscope and in the Archives of Otolaryngology.




Dr. McDuffie has special interest in sinonasal surgery, otologic surgery, sleep apnea surgery, allergy, endocrine surgery and pediatric ear, nose, and throat disorders. Dr. McDuffie also has hands-on experience in numerous facial plastic surgery cases, specifically facial rejuvenation and aesthetic procedures.

Dr. McDuffie and his wife Kim-Loan met in their hometown of Orange, Texas. Along with their children Delaney-Mai and Keagan, they are now proud to call Frisco home

Dr.  Dale Ehmer, M.D.

Dr.  Dale Ehmer received his medical degree from UT-Southwestern Medical School graduating in the top of his class with honors.  He subsequently completed his ENT training at the UT-Southwestern Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery in Dallas, Texas.  Dr. Ehmer has several publications in medical journals and his research has been presented at multiple national conferences.


Dr. Ehmer's approach to medicine combines technologically advanced surgical experience with the ability to communicate and relate to his patients and their families in order to provide the best care possible. His goal is to apply extensive knowledge and expertise to enhance the quality of life for both children and adults seeking relief from ear infections, allergies, nasal congestion, sinusitis, tonsillitis, snoring, sleep apnea, thyroid disease, swallowing disorders, hearing loss, facial trauma, and benign or malignant tumors of the head and neck.

Dr. Ehmer was born and raised in Plano, Texas.  He graduated from Plano East Senior High School and went on to graduate summa cum laude from the University of Texas at Dallas.  He married his high school sweetheart, Corri, and together they have two beautiful daughters, Landry and Blair.  Dr. Ehmer and his family regularly attend Stonebriar Community Church in Frisco where he serves as a member of the Medical Ministry Team.
